Verizon’s iPhone announcement contained the news that they would be including a WiFi hotspot feature with the higher-end 32 GB iPhone. Although they didn’t reveal pricing information for this feature, it has been a very popular topic of conversation.

The rumors started almost immediately that AT&T would need/want to offer this feature in order to compete. According to Nilay Patel at Engadget, that is what they are doing, or at least thinking about it.
