Mel Kiper has his first mock draft up on ESPN Insider ($). A couple of interesting things, without giving away premium content:

• Only three offensive players in the top ten
• Washington Redskins’ fans will probably not be happy with the guy Kiper is projecting them to take 10th
• Jake Locker is nowhere to be found in the 1st round. I know Locker was hurt, but this time last year he was the surefire #1. Andrew Luck should take notice.
