Customizing Apps in OS X’s Launchpad

Michael Rose of TUAW has a HOW-TO on how to remove applications from OS Lion’s Launchpad. Apparently the apps are stored in a SQL database and doesn’t really seem to tie to the Application folder. This seems to indicate that you can just remove them all and re-add them one by one so that Launchpad only has what you want (and wouldn’t include the default apps). I still haven’t decided if Launchpad will have a home in my workflow, since I use Alfred pretty much exclusively now to launch apps.
