Check out this cool “tilt-shift” video of Chicago that WGN put together. For those that aren’t aware of what this “tilt-shift” effect does, it basically uses blurring and focus to make images appear as though they are miniature. So when you watch the video, no this isn’t a miniature set it’s actually Chicago seen in a different way.

Very very cool. It really doesn’t look like miniatures.
