A cheaper, and considerably easiers option than the U-Socket USB outlets, the RCA USB wallplate has both pros and cons. It’s dead simple to install and cost $10 less than the aforementioned U-Socket option. But it’s not as aesthetically pleasing since it will stick out from the wall as opposed to being flush. It also blocks one of the electrical outlets, whereas the U-Socket version still leaves both.
Seems like a judgement call for most people. If you don’t care how it looks and can survive with just one outlet, the RCA seems like a no-brainer, since it’s $10 cheaper, can be installed in seconds and can easily be moved elsewhere later.
