This is really interesting. There are iPad keyboard covers that have a built-in app switcher key, but this can’t be how they are doing it. To save you from reading this long piece, the gist of it is that you turn on the accessibility feature Voice Over, which allows keyboard navigation and enables a bunch of shortcuts. But it breaks most of the typical taps and force you to use the keyboard. I think it could be powerful if you took a lot of time to learn it, but it’s very hard to get used to.
